Becoming a new parent is a wonderful gift, but it is also full of challenges and new
roles. The old adage that having a new baby changes everything is definitely true. When baby arrives you may experience joy and relief, but at the same time you may feel more ups and downs in your significant relationships and see changes in your overall mood. I am here to help with this transition and give you the support you need to be a better husband, partner, and engaged father.
